General: Why are the LED indicators on the LAN ports of my Synology NAS not working?

Some Synology NAS servers come with LED indicators on LAN port(s) to show network activity. For models without LED indicators on LAN port(s), you can check their network activity from the LAN LED indicator(s) on the front panel of your Synology NAS. Please refer to the Quick Installation Guide of your Synology NAS for the exact location and definitions of the LED indicators.
The table below shows which Synology NAS servers do not come with LED indicators on LAN port(s). Please note that on rare occasions, LAN port LED indicators could still be found on some models listed below, but they serve no function. Please be advised that this is normal.
