Overview

Note Station is a well-rounded note-keeping application developed by Synology. You can migrate your Evernote notebooks to Note Station as the centralized platform, and enjoy easy organization and reference to your notes.
This article will guide you through the process of importing notebooks from Evernote to Note Station.

1. Before you start

Before you import Evernote notebooks to Note Station, make sure you have completed the following tasks:

• Set up your Synology NAS
• Installed the latest version of DiskStation Manager (DSM) on your Synology NAS
• Installed and set up Note Station

2. Import notebooks from Evernote to Note Station

1. Open Note Station and go to Settings.
2. Go to Import and Export > Import Notebooks, and click Import from Evernote to launch the wizard.
3. Select Evernote or YinXiangBiJi (for users in China). If you want to merge the notebooks with the same name in Evernote and Note Station, please select Merge notebooks with the same name. Click Next to continue.
4. Click Request Evernote authorization to log in to your Evernote account and authorize Note Station.
5. Follow the web instructions to authorize Note Station to retrieve your Evernote notebooks.
6. Select the Evernote notebooks to be migrated into Note Station.
7. Return to Note Station to find the migrated notebooks.
