This guide will cover how to add an operating IP camera to the Synology Surveillance Station.

1. Before you start

This article assumes that you have met the following criteria:

• Download & installed Surveillance Station 6.2 & above from Package
• The IP camera must be prepared for usage on the network

2. Click on "Add" button

3. Camera Setup Wizard will appear and NEXT

4. Check Quick Setup box and NEXT

5. Insert the necessary information. Click "Test Connection" it should appear a green tick if it is correctly configured and FINISH

6. It will back to the Management page and show all the IP Camera
