Preparatory Steps

1. Uninstall Non-ESET Antivirus:
   Remove any non-ESET antivirus software from your new computer or device. Any existing antivirus software must be uninstalled before installing ESET.
2. Locate Existing Antivirus and Uninstall:

Installation Steps

1. Install ESET on New Device:
   Install your ESET product on your new computer or mobile device using the following guides based on your product type.
2. Uninstall ESET from Old Device:
   If your old device is functional, uninstall the ESET software from it.

Note: If your old device is not operational, disconnect it from your license via the ESET HOME portal.
