  • macOS Ventura (13)
  • macOS Big Sur (11)
  • macOS Monterey (12)
Prerequisite When Upgrading to Version 7:

If you're upgrading from version 6 to version 7, a system restart is essential before granting Full Disk Access permissions.

Instructions for macOS Ventura (13):

  1. Click on Open System Preferencesimage
  2. Toggle on all available ESET settings. The number of options will vary depending on your specific ESET product for macOS. image
  3. Authentication may be needed. You can either use your Touch ID or click on Use Password. Enter your username and password, and then select Modify Settings to complete the Full Disk Access activation. image
