The Problem

The Fix

• Download the most recent ESET home product.
• Remove your old ESET software.
• Reinstall the product.

I. Download the Latest ESET Home Product

II. Remove the Previous ESET Software

1. Click your version of Windows below to find uninstallation instructions
2. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot your computer.

III. Reinstall the Software

1. Head to the installation file you saved on your Desktop in section I, step 2. Double-click to launch ESET Live Installer.
2. Follow the on-screen steps to install and activate your ESET product.

IV. What if You Still Have Issues?

1. If installation fails even after removal, you may need to use the ESET Uninstaller tool again before reattempting installation.
