Last Updated 9 years ago

Google Chrome may block plug-ins that are outdated or those that are not widely used for security protection. Thus sometimes you can login camera page but there’s no video. To get video work, we need to allow plug-in to run.

Method One: Allow all installed plug-ins to run automatically, follow the steps below:
1. Click Chrome menu image on top-right corner and select Settings
2.Scroll down to bottom and click Show advanced settings.

3. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
4. In the "Plug-ins" section, please choose Run automatically (recommended), click Done

Method Two: To allow Foscam plug-in to run

1. While login camera on Chrome, you may see a block plug-in icon on right corner of the address bar (as shown below).
You can click on it and choose always allow the Foscam plug- in to run, then click on Done.

2. To always allow this plugin to run, you can also setup this way.

Enter chrome://plugins in address bar to show all your plug-ins, among them please find the pug-in for your camera npIPCReg DLL.

Check Always allowed, so it won’t ask you whether allow this plug-in at every login.
