HD: How to load the activeX in Windows7 Computer?

Some people are having trouble to install ActiveX on IE when running a Windows 7 computers. If you are probably getting an error related to the “DVM_IPCAM2 ActiveX Control Module” which states “Windows has blocked this software because it can’t verify the publisher.”, please change your Internet Options to fix it.
1) Open internet explorer, click Tools –> Internet Options.
2) Click the Security tab –> Custom Level button.
3) Under ActiveX, change the settings below accordingly:

4) Click OK and restart the browser to apply the changes.
