Experience hassle-free customers service at Seagate 3 simple steps to get your drive replaced:

  1. Create RMA online and proceed to send to seacare centre.
  2. *Please note that you will need to apply RMA at https://www.seagate.com/sg/en/support/warranty-and-replacements/ before sending in the HDD.

  3. Get a queue number and submit drive*
  4. *maximum 5 drives

  5. Replacement will be delivered.
