Experience hassle-free customers service at Seagate 3 simple steps to get your drive replaced:
- Create RMA online and proceed to send to seacare centre. *Please note that you will need to apply RMA at https://www.seagate.com/sg/en/support/warranty-and-replacements/ before sending in the HDD.
- Get a queue number and submit drive* *maximum 5 drives
- Replacement will be delivered.
