Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Customer Support Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (GMT +08:00). Please expect to receive technical support reply in 3 to 5 working days.

  • To ensure you receive our emails, please add to your address book.
  • If you do not receive the auto ticket message within a few minutes of respond, please check your Spam or Junk E-mail folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
